“Indy Housing Stability Partnership” by OPHS and Lawrence Township Small Claims Court

In 2026, the City of Indianapolis is continuing its eviction diversion work through a partnership with the Lawrence Township Small Claims Court. The Office of Public Health and Safety and the Lawrence Township Small Claims Court merged two eviction diversion programs that previously existed in Marion County. The new resulting program is called the "Indy Housing Stability Partnership" and began its operations in January 2026.

The current schedule for legal aid support and tenant navigation at each court is included below. It is important to note that while this is the standard schedule, court dockets sometimes vary, and the schedule may change.
