Indy Eviction Fillings July 27-31, 2026

This past week, as reported by the Indy Housing Project’s Eviction Data Dashboard, 255 eviction filings were recorded in Indianapolis.

Eviction filings remain an important indicator of housing instability across Marion County. Tracking these numbers provides valuable insight into the challenges many residents continue to face in having stable permanently affordable housing in Indianapolis.

There were a total of 1,368 eviction cases filed in Marion County in July, an 8.83% increase in relation to June (1,257 eviction cases filed in June).
